THE WORST! Upon entering we start off by encountering a receptionist with an attitude. Pre-filled paperwork on their website to save time and they made us fill the same information out on a tablet. They gave my wife almost 20 injections of Novocain for a deep cleaning. Her face was numb from her chin up through her forehead! It took over 6 hours for her to feel normal. When I retold this story to Owen there, he laughed like it was a joke that we would even say such a thing! They were insistent upon us giving our SS numbers claiming that we might have problems filing a claim without it. You don't need to give your providers your SS number; they have your plan ID. They only want to give it to their collection agency in the event you don't pay. They billed me for services not received or should not have been billed according to my insurance company. When confronted, they refuse to refund. When my wife was receiving her procedure someone came in halfway through to start moving things around in the treatment room, they bumped her chair several times. This made her very nervous. They then moved her mid-treatment to another room to finish what they were doing. They are making it hard to get her x-rays so we can go to another provider. They want me to drive there to pick them up. X-rays are completed digitally now, they can email them to me but won't. I've filed a complaint with my insurance carrier. They told me they've received numerous complaints about this practice and they'll probably be removed from their network..
Dr. Moore is amazing! We were reluctant to step into an office who took the most utter care of both my children. My kids had many problem areas, some that could be saved with fillings and some that could not, but Dr. Moore made it her priority to try everything, to save what she could. Dr. Moore and her staff were very patient and kind to my kids to assure their comfort and provided our family with the right education and preventative tools to maintain a healthy smile. Thank you Dr. Moore!!.
I have 2 children that have seen Dr. Moore for the past 2 years. We recommend her to everyone. All of the staff are very friendly and very patient with my son who can sometimes be a little hyper. I love the new look of the office as well! Very kid friendly!.
It was absolutely horrible. She does not know how to deal with children at all and I will not be taking my child there again. I left that office enraged..
Went in for x-rays. The staff were very pleasant. They really treated me like a person and not like a number..
I referred my Mom to this dentist and I wish I never did the dentist did horrible work and then once we informed her that we was not pleased she refused to fix it now we have to go to another dentist and pay twice the price because of her mess up!!!.
