Our family went here for a few years and were happy, until I showed up for my appt (a checkup/cleaning) and was told by the hygienist - at the end of my cleaning - that Dr. Ross had gone to Utah to go biking & that he would look at my x-rays and my chart when he returned. The absolute height of unprofessionalism! I was just flabbergasted that noone bothered to inform me beforehand. I (and my insurance)pay to see the dentist, not the hygenist. We will not be back, and recommend you stay away too.
