Branch Dental Clinic Norfold

Just called to make an appointment. Got asked if I was a patient or a lab. Couldn\'t understand \"lab\" but when eventually I did, answered I was neither. To orient myself a little, asked how many prosthodontists they have. Person said she didn\'t know why she should have to answer that question. It wasn\'t long before I said that it sounds like she doesn\'t want any new patients so I would find someone else. The receptionist said OK, that sounds good.

I have been going to Dr Favis for about 25 years. As someone who used to be traumatized when it came to dental care, I can honestly say, I don\'t mind going to the dentist at all. Dr Favis has a great chairside manner and a gentle touch. He understands and respects my needs, he is accommodating, and he is honest. The staff is always professional and pleasant and they do everything possible to put me at ease. I have referred more friends and family members that I can count. They understand that my referral says a lot, because they know how terrified I used to be of the dentist!

Dr. Oh is capable and gentle. Definitely five stars!

I recommend highly Dr Argentieri and Dr Alcantara. I have been visiting Dr Argentieri for over 9 years. He did remarkable implants and partial and checking regularly my teeth. He is very knowledgeabl;e, kind and patient. Needless to say, his staff is very well trained to handle customers. This is the only place where you should take care of your teeth, seriously.
