My children were patients of Dr. Waite for three years. Under no circumstances will I return to the office again. Every visit I was overcharged and my insurance was not processed correctly. When I called the office to remedy the matter, I was treated rudely. At one point I was hung up on by the receptionist. My children cried every time the went to the dentist. We have moved to a different pediatric dentist and the experience is amazing. The service at Dr. Waite's office is unacceptable.
