16horrible customer service and very unprofessional. had an appointment for 11am and got there at 10:45 because being on time means your late right? no, Martina Liafook explained to me no one is supposed to be early during covid. Someone called in for a last minute appointment at 11:30 (stating they are paying cash) and when they got in at 12pm this person was able to see the doctor right away. meanwhile they put me in a cold room to wait until 1:20pm to see the doctor. While noticeably and crying because all I wanted to do was get home to my son Martine Liafook did nothing to help the situation. I was so upset about having to wait so long for Martina Laifook to see me, she tried to make light of the situation but actually insulted me by asking if I needed a job because they were short staffed. The issue wasn’t being short staffed, the issue is they took the person with a ziplock full of cash over the person who scheduled an appointment weeks in advanced. When I expressed this to the do
