1We decided to go to this dentist, because of the good reviews and because our son speaks Spanish and doctor Benitez speaks Spanish as well. Our appointment was for 11:30 am, we arrived at 11:20 am. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, we decided to leave. Our 2 years old was hungry and uncomfortable. When we were leaving, the doctor came out of the office and said that she would see our son. We rushed into the office, I put my son on my legs facing me and pushed him back, so the doctor could proceed with the cleaning. The whole process was traumatizing for our son and for us after 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting. There wasn\'t time for introductions or for explanations about what was the first visit about. Also, I had time to ask a couple of questions to the doctor, this was an unpleasant experience. The doctor explained to us that she had some emergencies, but we think they should plan ahead for these kind of \"emergencies\" We will not return to the office.
