4Nice, but I\'m severely disappointed. After crown failure that lead nerve damage and a root canal later that developed an infection, they refused to give refund. Endodontist told me she\'d refund if the root canal failed. The dentist said \"no,\" but I insisted after saying I now have an infection, and he reluctantly agreed. Afterwards, I called and the \"manager,\" who refused to give the refunds. Had the audacity to ask why I wouldn\'t trust them with implants after 2 failed procedures (and he would be \"nice enough\" to use that money as credit). Also, he claimed they charged me for the onlay price and not crown price and mentioned I got second crown for free post-root canal (an investigation from insurance company ongoing about both. seems dubious).
