2He's getting old, and not very explanatory. The Office manager Sue (has accent) is very rude and belittling.. and honestly I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this dentist. Of course ease of scheduling patients is easy... THEY OVER BILLED EVERYONE..... Sue charged me double what was actually due until I called them and told them they were wrong and she fixed it

20I went to see Dr. Hassanzadeh in December 2019. I was told that I had several cavities and a tooth had decay which needed to be removed right away and crowned. I told him I wasn\'t having any pain or problems with the tooth he claimed had decay. After he and his staff pressured me to get this tooth crowned and cavities filled, he failed to get pre-authorization from my insurance stating I needed to ask the office to get pre-authorization on my behalf. On the day of my procedure I was asked to give over $280 down payment . I assumed this was my coinsurance due for my responsibility after my insurance paid their portion. I was also put on a payment plan automatically deducting my balance each month. I later found out that my crown procedure was denied because my tooth wasn\'t over %50 decayed and Dr. Hassanzadeh never notified me of this. My insurance has paid this office for the covered procedures but I haven\'t received a refund as of yet.
