Lawrence Customer service is atrocious and incompetency abounds from the standpoint of SERVICE, someone taking care of insurance claims and following through with returning messages and getting information to me, the customer. (Call them chances are good you?ll at least get a recorded message) Their billing department doesn't contact you concerning an alleged outstanding balance for 24 month then refuses your family service w/o notice.
