If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible communication skills. Office is poorly organized. Staff turn over is constant. Staff is full of attitude. The members of the office staff have no idea how to communicate with each other. Have not run my insurance despite three different office managers guaranteeing me it would be done. 7 months later they continue to add on late fees but haven\'t updated my insurance. Last visit the sent my child away without repairing her bracket because of a balance owed but no one ever submitted the claim to insurance. AND the did not communicate that the bracket was not repaired.
