no wait time, which was great. the initial staff member doing my xrays informed me that cleaning and x-rays are done on 2 separate visits, which I was not made aware of prior to my appointment. She was rude after I asked her if I could be scheduled the same day or the next day. Instead, they were able to fit my cleaning in the same day. The hygienist doing the cleaning seemed rush during it. She was not perceptive at all to my reaction when she was cleaning the sensitive areas. She never properly suctioned the water while cleaning so I had to continually swallow some of the water throughout the cleaning. Dr. Chai was great to deal with, but due to the whole experience, I will not be returning for future cleanings or procedures.
