We had agreed upon what procedures were to be done which was printed out for me and signed and dated but each time I went back the procedures ended up being more expensive and there was more work added each time. So I ended up paying double of what I was told up front. Not very transparent and seemed like miscommunication between dentist and staff which ended up costing me more money than planned.
