2The Dentist is great. Unfortunately, this billing department is down right awful. I tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt but, I have had enough. They need to switch to a new billing software or a new vendor. They always gave me a different price each time I went in. The billing dept. would give me one price and say that is all I have to pay. I come in the next time, it\'s something different. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone to anyone. Pre-authorizations should be standard. I shouldn\'t have to tell you to do that when I strictly tell you I\'m on a budget and I need to know the full price upfront. Not these extra bills coming in later saying the insurance only paid this much. You would know that if you did pre-authorizations. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.
