I have been to dentists before and I hate going because the experience is so painful and I never understood why I had so many cavities for someone who brushed teeth diligently since I was 15. No surprises in Dr. Berger's office. All your X-rays are explained to you and all that is going well is encouraged. The hygienist Sandra I go to is excellent. She is gentle, thorough and in her Irish lilt, makes everything better. She is very observant and explains everything about your teeth at the end of the session. And Dr. Berger is very reassuring. He does not do unnecessary procedures as my previous dentists did and the easy access to him via email and phone makes you feel important and well cared for.
