Inna Munarova is very hard working and no matter what, she always gets the job done no matter how tough it may be. I recommend Inna to everybody! She is very polite, patient and always does her best to make her patients feel comfortable.

On July 14, I left a message with my number for a follow up call to schedule an appointment, no one ever called. I had my teeth cleaned by the female Dr. Chao in January and she was really good but, she's no longer with the practice. I tried to make a follow up appointment for two people on a Saturday morning but, Christian was so slow in setting up the appointment that his co-worker made an appointment immediately following mine and wants me to make a second trip from Brooklyn for the second appointment. Why ask two people from the same household to make a second trip for a cleaning???

My experience with Dr. Harmon was stellar! I started my orthodontic journey as an adult, age 40. I started with Invisalign, with my regular dentist. I finished with my Invisalign trays and was at the point of needing my retainers. Somehow, I didn’t understand that my retainer was going to be an additional cost. With that, I decided to shop around for a lower retainer cost. I heard about Dr. Harmon and his great work and decided to pay him a visit. From my initial consultation to the completion of my orthodontic course, my experience was uneventful and nothing but remarkable. His front staff was professional, welcoming and attentive. Dr. Harmon listened to my concern and accepted my case. he went above and beyond and in addition to offering retainers at a lower cost, he further enhanced my teeth to give me today an exceptional smile! I would highly recommend him for orthodontics to clients of all ages.

Not so good. I went today with an appointment, and forewarned the office that I was having pain. I was left sitting in the exam room for fifteen minutes while Dr Brewster discussed invisalign, payment options, financing and more with a guy in the hallway. He should have held the consult during that patient\'s exam, and unless this guy was some kind of VIP, I don\'t see why I was left hanging for an unreasonable time. He could have started x-rays, or said hello, but I was simply ignored. No confidence vote. I\'m still in pain.

I’ve always been hesitant to go to any dentist as my prior experiences have always been horrible during a cleaning. That all changed when I started going to Dr. Rada Metyin! For the first time ever, I never had any pains during my cleanings. Rada always goes the extra mile for her patients and it shows in the quality of the cleaning, follow-up and any recommendations she has. It’s definitely great having Rada as a dentist now and I would strong recommend anyone else to choose her!
