My mother was taking my daughter to him. I asked her to find out what the treatment plan was before he put the things on her teeth for braces. He had my mom and daughter leave without completing the appointment and said I had to make an appointment to see him to discuss the plan. I then received a very rude letter a week later stating he would not see her anymore. I didn\'t think asking to be told what the treatment plan is was that bad. The fact he demanded I make an appointment to see him in person instead of just keeping me updated by phone is ridiculous.
