Danian Wen DDS

Dr. Hartmann ruined my experience with dentists for years. I attended from ages 3-12 and left on my own volition ten years ago. He has zero sympathy for anxious children and is rather rude and impatient. I have sharp memories to this day due to how much suffering emotionally I was put through. I was always terrified to attend my appointments. I had one cavity filled at age 12; I was overdosed with nitrous oxide and passed out. Dr. Hartmann should NOT be trusted with children!

I went to Dr Wen for the first time yesterday after a lot of procrastination in general on my part due to terrible past experiences at a different dentist's office. Getting the appointment was easy. The front office staff was knowledgeable and courteous and helpful. Wait time was negligible. Dr Wen himself was very polite and very efficient, so I didnt have any wait time in the chair in between Xrays, cleaning, etc. He was very articulate about what the situation was and what my next steps needed to be. He was very clear to me about my insurance coverage, and estimates for everything as we formulated the plan of action. The procedures done yesterday were quick and clean and painless. And did I mention quick? I am very impressed and would highly recommend him and am looking forward to getting all my future dental work done by him.
