5From all these reviews I can only assume that they changed management teams and decided to hire people who worry more about quantity than quality. I just came back from a very disappointing experience after many years being a loyal patient at this office. The hygienist (blond dreads) was more interested in getting me in and out and ignored two complaints about pain and my gums hurting during the cleaning. Instead of fixing the issue her first reaction was to tell me "are you trying to tell me how to do my job?" Just terrible. I went and spoke to I guess the woman who was the office manager? and she nodded her head and told me "OK." Great job guys! Lost a patient.

5He berated me for being 15 minutes late in front of his staff in a very shocking and humiliating way. I called on my way there to say I was running late, but they said he would still look at my teeth. After waiting in a chair for ten minutes with a blue bib around my neck he came in and told me off, insisting it was actually 20 minutes, calling me \"disrespectful if his time\" and saying he was holding it against me from a cancelled appointment back in January. He said \"our relationship wasn\'t working out.\" It was bizarre and wildly embaressing; felt misdirected like he was angry about something else. Understanding his stance on punctuality, he STILL didn\'t have to embarrass me in front of other people and send me out sobbing. Even if his office is so strict that you cannot cancel or be late more than twice, there was a more professional and less mortifying way to tell me he never wanted to see me again, such as SAYING NOT TO COME IN WHEN I CALLED TO ASK IF THEY COULD STILL WORK ME IN.

1Dr. Gold is easily the best Dentist I have had. Over the past two years, I have had more problems with my teeth than I would have wanted, but each time my experience was great. His team is very friendly and helpful. They worked with me to fit me into his schedule at a moments notice. He took the time to explain the problems with my teeth and gave me different options. He has also called me personally after each procedure to see how I was doing and if i had any issues. I've never experienced that from any doctor.

2When I came to see Dr. Gedz, it was for a second opinion. I wasn?t sure what I needed done, but just by the way she carefully checked my mouth and even got second opinions of her own from her colleagues, she had me hooked. I switched to her and stayed. Dr. Gedz is confident, but yet she is also always learning; she has the confidence to ask her colleagues for their opinions and is humble enough to accept them. She is very good at what she does.
