I had been a patient of Dr. Kaplan\'s about 10 years ago. When it was suggested to me that I now needed another root canal, I only wanted an appointment with him. He personally called me at home at 9 PM to say he had a cancellation for the next day at 11 AM if I wished an appointment right away. It was a very long visit, but he took great care and followed up later that evening to make sure I was doing OK. He also volunteered to stay late to accommodate my schedule. He was wonderful.
