How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
24I can't BELIEVE how TERRIBLE this experience was!! Everyone (except maybe the secretary) was so condescending and rude, it didn't feel real. The office was filthy. More below. The secretary at the front gave me a bit of a hard time with my insurance, but I was partially at fault, and she ended up being quite nice and by far the best person in the office. The hygienist that started working on me was TRULY AWFUL. She was hacking up a lung coughing, sniffling, and not even covering her mouth. She touched so many things without a mask or gloves. When she started giving me x-rays, she FORGOT to put on the magnetic apron thing. COME ON. She had a ridiculous sneer the entire time, and pronounced her words SLOWLY like I was a deaf toddler. Are you serious?? I was at the top of my class at the country's best ivy league. I really couldn't believe how rude she was. I cannot emphasize this enough. Hygienist from H E L L. The dentist also came in, talked slowly and very condescendingly, and told me how awful I was for being confused about insurance. Wow, thanks, definitely what I want to hear before you poke into my mouth. What a jerk! The office itself was filthy. Rusty metal and dust everywhere. Disgusting. I actually walked out about 10 minutes in because I could not believe how terrible this experience was. They should all be fired immediately for unprofessional, unacceptable conduct. (Except for the nice Russian secretary.) I'm normally a very kind, pacifistic pushover, so this is a really big deal for me. I wouldn't wish this dentist experience on my enemies.
