How Patients FeelNEGATIVE
I have been going here for 2 years, and I have never felt quite at ease. During my mother's last visit, the Dr. had told her she was good to go. When she complained of a tooth ache, he then said that she did infact have a cavity, but he wasn't going to fill it unless she told him it hurt. This cavity was quite large, obviously not made within the six months from her last visit. My last visit, over 6 moths ago, I had a very large cavity which he filled. After two weeks of it still hurting, he told me over the phone, without actually looking, that it probably should have been a root canal. WTF! When I was set to go to my last check up about a month ago, I was unable to make it due to an unexpected occurrence. I witnessed an accident happen in front of me, and had to stay for questioning. The secretary was extremely rude to me (as she has always been dealing with my family) and basically told me there was nothing she could do until I could figure out how to get there on time. Tonight, as I was flossing, that same cavity which should have been a root canal came completely out. I am thoroughly disgusted with this entire office, and would NEVER EVER recommend it to ANYONE.
