4I have been a patient for 5 years. My experience was always very good, until my visit yesterday. During this covid pandemic, other health practitioners are fever screening, making sure patients are social distancing, everyone, including office staff are wearing masks and gloves. Yesterday, no one in the office staff was even wearing masks. I had made my appointment fearfully because I am 68 and at high risk for contracting the disease, but felt like I really needed to because I was worried about my teeth. No one seemed to have an answer when I questioned them about their practices. Neither my husband not I will be going back. They have lost our business because of their casual approach to safety.
