Seen at Siebenthaler Dental,put crown crooked,Lg. food trap& left decay under. Her senior partner was going to re-do it but changed his mind,destroyed good 1 beside it .Lasted 2.5 yrs vs avg 10 yrs for a crown; not even a true crown, told by other dentists since it didnt cover the sides yet it cost as much as any crown. The healthy tooth next to it they destroyed instead. So sad.Mostly watches TV soaps while working. Works at 3 other places. Censured 2017 by OH Board,so resticted her practice..
Such a non-sensitive Dr. Who shows he dont care about his patients, just there for the money..
Dr. Chung is the best around. I have been a patient of his for the past 26 years; since 1990. I will miss him when he retires. Diane, the lead nurse is awesome and has been there for years. And I must mention the receptionist, Lynn, she is just a darling. I hate to think of having to ever go to a different doctor..
He was rude and mean. He yelled at me for telling him I had asthma before he started the shot and drilling. He also drilled too aggressively with the larger drill bit, making it very fast and painful and traumatizing. Tearing my tooth down much more than needed. He then had his assistant fill the tooth. Most horrible dentist I've ever been to. I don't have any pets, but I wouldn't even send my pets to this man..
Dr.Chung and his team nurse Diane and office worker Lynn plus there's another great office worker can't remember her name, their great people my family has been there since 2004 they make u feel part of their family but really they are apart of my family we love you Dr. Chung, DIane and Lynn keep up the good work.
