He molested myself and several other patients while under his care. He was investigated by Child protection services, because one of the many accusers was 9 years old at the time. He claimed to be a "sex addict" and not only got away with his crimes but was forgiven his past due taxes because of his "addiction". I was 17 when he drugged and raped me.
