I have to say, of all the dentist offices, doctors offices, and ERs that I have gone to, the front desk staff and nurses, as well as the dental staff at Valley Dental have been a great friend to me. I am normally extremely nervous to go to the dentist - exacerbated by my somewhat infrequent need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to work, car issues, anxiety, or what have you - and I have never felt pressured, belittled, or shamed for this. My dentist and technicians have always been kind, courteous, taken their time, been thoughtful and communicative with me about every step of the process from walking in the door, to scheduling appointments, the procedures themselves, next steps, etc. The girls always give me a sticker on my way out (I'm 24) and always are so friendly and sweet on the phone, they got a great sense of humor and clearly care about their patients, not only myself..
