They have a new dentist now. I started going within the last four months. During that time period I had some what I would call major dental work done. My experiences with them has been excellent in all they did with me, and also includes their professional, kind, and patient approach with me. I have never waited over 5 minutes to be seen, and often I am usually early. I classify them as personable, yet skillful in what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent and supportive staff to work with..
First off I want to mention that if you do go here bring yourself something to do because even if your appointment is at 2pm they may not come get you for 15-20 minutes, this is a little more than frustrating. I went to this dentist for a little more than a year because my previous dentist was too far away and closed on Fridays, this caused me problems. Dr. Barstow is closed on Wednesdays and apparently lots of other random days for no reason or warning. Last May the office was closed for almost a month with no posting on the office or the website, just the voice mail. Recently I got my second set of fillings there and went down to get one adjusted as it was high and when i was done they told me to come back down if I had anymore problems but did not tell me that they would be closed from July 1st through the 7th, it was June 29 when I got my filling fixed. I just got the opportunity to go back down to finally get it fixed and he told me, after filling down a bunch of stuff, that he didn't see anything wrong with the filling giving me problems. It is clearly high, I can tell, since it feels higher than all the other teeth and didn't before my fillings. Save yourself the hassle and don't go here they just plain suck..
