WOMENS HEALTH CTR

During my daughters most recent visit, a band was left off a bracket on her bottom, front tooth. A few weeks later, the bottom of her tongue got hooked onto the uncovered bracket. She was bleeding quite a bit. We were finally able to get it undone with a toothpick. This was on a Friday. I called and left several voicemails on the “orthodontic emergency” number and never recieved a response. Went in Monday morning and got it fixed. The Dr. however, never apologized or even acknowledged incident.

Professionalism at its finest, very affable and courteous making sure the patient is encompassed in an atmosphere of security and confidence. Shelby Dentist is, bar none, the absolute best in the Mid-South. This doctor and staff is very impressive to say the least.
