Everything about this office was 5 stars! Starting from the waiting room, the front staff and assistants, and then the doctor of course. I drove 40 minutes from Richmond to get to New Castle, and I will do it every time. So worth it!.
The best kids dentist ever. I live in Richmond, and I've tried 3 pediatric dentists in Indy but my kids haven't been so well behaved at any other place. The attitude of the staff - from the front to the exam room was wonderful, and the dentist was a magician (in my son's words!). Grateful to have a great dentist closer than Indy, definitely worth the drive..

Do not go here. Dr. Calvin seems to care less about health and more about money from insurance companies. I went there for tooth pain severe pain they did an x-ray agree I need work but only did a cleaning? That cost over $100, Dr Calvin literally didn't speak to me until I requested him to explain procedures needed, he did quickly stated they will have plan for me next visit(again I'm in pain) they explain my insurance don't cover everything I'm guessing that's why I didn't get work done even though u had money and was willing to pay. I've been going here for over 4 years and I have always had a great experience from Frontdesk to dental staff! I've received cleanings, an extraction , and other work which I truly appreciated. The cost wasn't cheap but it had to be done. Dr Wilson has been gracious to me on more then one occasion when it came to payment since my insurance didn't cover everything. It's not to see a polished, clean, and professional locating into that area !.
