Having just went into a Medicare advantage program I had to switch dentists. After doing a lot of paperwork on line I had my first appointment scheduled for today. Went into office and three individuals were in a 9x12 room that functioned as their front office. They were not wearing masks but told me I had to even though I had both shots for china virus a couple months before. Once they told me that they put masks on themselves, which makes them all suspect. I put mask on and then went to hygienist room to have teeth cleaned. I was then told because I am new they would have to do xrays. I told hygienist they were done 6 months ago with no problems found so I would prefer to wait another 6 months before doing them again because radiation does do damage to DNA and I did not want to do them unnecessarily. She told me to hang on and the dentist came in to tell me they were legally required to take the xrays. You can look it up yourself, the dentist lied as there is no legal requirement. I would be happy to sign a waiver but was not given a chance to do so. Got up and left the office. The rudeness of front office and the lie the dentist told me was enough for me to not trust Northstar Dental in Nazareth PA. If they lie about the simple stuff how can you trust them to give accurate information regarding the health of your teeth and mouth?.
This practice is the best! Dr. Baki and his staff are always on time and extremely personable. I was always phobic of going to the dentist but Dr Baki has alleviated my fears and I don't have a problem going anymore. If you are in Nazareth or surrounding area I highly recommend Keystone Family Dentistry!.
Dr. Bolden, I forgot the name of the lady who works with me on the braces and rubber bands I am now wearing. She's terrific! You are too, Dr. Bolden. I brush my teeth 3-4 times daily, floss each time, and inspect my gums and the brackets each day. Fear of the Tooth Fairy is real!.
Love love love!! Friendly staff! Love how my kids are treated like top priority while there. They love to do the scavenger hunt and check in at their arrival. Would highly recommend!.
