I called to get an appt to get my teeth cleaned. Phone attendant answering told me I couldn\'t just make an appt. She said I had to appear on some insurance list. BTW my insurance had already told me I was approved to sign up as a new patient here. Dental office girl told me I\'d have to be examined first and they would decide which type of dental cleaning I\'d get. Not good. Then, she was rude and unprofessional.
