3She is a very good dentist, very competent with great chair side manners. However the front desk and the billing department is incompetent, rude and just down right nasty. I have been double billed, and when I pointed this out to the billing manager I was met with utter disdain. Dr. Levitas had to apologize. Most recently I had a dispute over a bill and insurance coverage. While on a conference call with myself, the insurance company the billing manager got nasty, rude, talked over us and then hung up. The insurance company advised me not to return to that office. Stay away.
