3I needed to have a crown re-cemented with temporary cement (my crown had fallen off yet there was chipping porcelain and there was a cavity underneath the crown noted at my previous appointment) until I could get the cavity taken care of during non-COVID restrictions. I went to my normal dentist to get the cavity taken care of with \"SDF\" (no drilling required), and the chipped crown replaced, again with temporary cement. I find out at this appointment that he permanently sealed the cavity under the chipped crown. Due to a medical condition, I am unable to withstand anesthetic at this time so I can not have the crown replaced as it now has to be drilled off and replaced. I will have to deal with the pain from the cavity. I made it very clear that I wanted the crown temporarily cemented, there was a discussion, and now he denies the conversation. His office now tells me they do not use temporary cement at all and he is not willing to take any responsibility for his actions.

2Dr. Freeman was a nice, kind doctor. He didn't rush, the procedure wasn't painful and he explained things as he was doing them. He asked throughout the procedure if I was in pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Freeman to all people I know who need a root cancel. :)
