How Patients Feel
N/APatient Reviews
1I brought in my mother after she broke her partial and needed a new mold made before they could replace it. My mother was a terminal cancer patient who was in the last stages. I had called two times before this appt and explained the condition that my mother was in. She was wheelchair bound, and her o2 sat dropped with any type of exertion. Once we arrived, unloaded Mom, and got her into a room, they tried to have us reschedule because they needed insurance prior approval which should\'ve been handled before we came. After explaining with tears in my eyes and a clenched throat that this was urgent and moms days were numbered,we finally were seen. Upon entering the room Bradley literally pushes me out of the way to get to mom. I speak up and say, \"Let me move out of your way\" before she moves off of me. She seemed very inconvenienced, worried about the money, and inconsiderate that her patient was so sick. I have never met a Healthcare provider who was so hateful!
