It was an absolute NIGHTMARE! I was warned by my family doctors office. He was rude, judgemental & hurt me physically. He didn't even say hello! He was performing a routine procedure & skipped a particular step I asked why he didn't do to me on the right side as he did on the left. His response was i must have forgot A proper dentist doesnt forget steps in their profession. I told him you forgot?! Well if you forgot something as simple as that u are not competent 2 work on my teeth i left.

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WENT IN FOR A FEW FILL INS AND EVERY TOOTH THAT HE WORKED ON IS CRACKED OR HAS FALLEN OUT! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS MAN IS EVEN STILL IN PRACTICE. HE ALSO GAVE ME AN EXTRACTION AND WHEN I WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY MY ENTIRE FACE HAD SWOLE UP BECAUSE ACCORDING TO PROMEDICA CLINIC HE HAD USED TOOLS THAT INFECTED MY ENTIRE MOUTH. I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STARS RATING!.
Dr. Rod was extremely attentive to my needs and the fact that I was in serious pain. He explained how I got myself in my current situation (without being judgmental) and what he could do to fix it. Through every step of the procedure he explained what he was doing and why and what to expect. I felt perfectly at ease the whole time I was there. I've been to many dentists over the years from Ohio to Arizona and I really love this office. Dr. Cook and his staff are professonal and easy going making for a pleasant experience no matter what dental work you are having done. They really do a terrific job!.
