Dr Taggart is a truly compassionate and caring man. I suffer from bipolar disorder and am extremely terrified of medical things in General. Dr taggarts staff are some of the kindest people I have encountered. Dr taggart cares about his patients treats his patients like dear friends. He helped me with my phobia so much with his care and understanding. I had a filling and he did a great job I didn\'t feel the shots. He talked genuinely with me the entire tim he is a blessing to our community
