During office visit 5/31/2016 , she took digital x-ray & she failed to detect deep abscess in jawbone, osteomyelitis. She treated me for 6 yrs for maintenance of dental implants, she only took x-rays on 2 visits, both were digital x-rays. 13 months later, life threatening infection, resulting in mutilation . Aortic valve heart disease from the infection she failed to disclose. Ten medical doctors have told me she should have detected infection on x-ray. Refused my record request for 5 mos.
