5I came in for a broken tooth and ended up needing a crown. My tooth was shaped for a temporary crown and when it came off within two hours, I was told not to worry about it, but my tooth was very sensitive and sore for the two weeks I waited for my Permanent crown. When it was fitted I mentioned it not feeling right (also really hurts from being exposed so long), but was sent home and in pain, unable to chew, and not seen for another 4 days (there was a weekend). When I called to set up the appointment, they said they were booked our at least a week. Who lets their patients stay in pain for so long? Much of my complaint is for the hygienists that worked on me. I can tell Dr. Patel is stretched thin.
