Dr. Morgan gets 5 stars. I was refereed to him by my dentist for a consultation. The office is very clean and Dr. Morgan seems very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, his billing department is subpar. They billed my insurance incorrectly and I had to make calls to tellTHEM how to correct. It was finally filed correctly but they refunded me less than what I paid. I\'ve called multiple times with no resolution. The office manager was supposed to call me after lunch. She never did. I finally called back today... 2 weeks later. Supposedly, the person who filed my claim is no longer there. Help the phone for forever waiting on Mary to pick up. I finally said forget it. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM BILLING!
