Part of one of my molars broke off and Paddock got me in the next day. I really like Dr. Kapur!.
This was my first time going here as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and they ask how could they help me. So when I got into the chair the two ladies that help me was Thao and Vickie they were both very nice and friendly they made me feel very comfortable and they both always asked was I doing ok. Dr. Foster was very nice and friendly also. This dentist office is nice and the people are very friendly. That's why I will continue to come here..
I have been going to Dr. Foster for my dental needs for many years. I feel like he is very professional and has a gift of making you feel at home. I know you might be thinking the dental chair is nothing like the Lazy Boy at home, but he did add heating and massaging to his chairs! If I have a question they all take the time to answer me. I had an appointment just yesterday and I had some good news to share. They were all so nice to listen to my news! I like the whole team!.
Horrible office staff! They are so rude and unprofessional that I changed my dentist because of them! I asked for $59 exam on my first visit.. She told me no because I had insurance even though I was paying out of pocket! Dentist told me I needed 2 of my old root canals redone. Just saw a specialist and he told me they were both fine! Have 3 crowns now and only needed one of them! I've spent a lot of unnecessary money here!! Had pain a few days after a root canal and called to see what to do as it was getting worse not better, the receptionist who IS NOT a dental assistant told me there was nothing they could do and call back in a week! NO.. Asked to speak with Dentist or dental assistant and they told me to come in and they could help.. Got right in, from dentist NOT the actual staff. Got it fixed that day and pain gone! I'm so happy I have found a new dentist Dr. Winfree, and I don't have to spend anymore money or time here! Dentist was nice and caring though. I'm a patient currently, I just called with a dental emergency. I will not be returning they told me I could not come in until tomorrow. My tooth fell out it was a root canal and now I have a hole where the tooth should be. I guess this pain and the hole in my mouth are not an emergency..
Just had Dr. Foster put on my third crown. I must say he is an expert at these things! He makes an unpleasant procedure very endurable and his staff is excellent as well. I have been going to him for 15 years and not one complaint!.
