Mount Vernon Family Dentistry

I will first say that we have loved Dr. Murphy, and he has been a great dentist to my daughter in the past, but we have recently had a terrible experience with his office staff. First of all, anyone who works in the medical field should consider their tone, delivery, and how they treat people especially those in vulnerable medical situations. We had a very hard 2020 including my daughter\'s father\'s death. We hoped to make an appointment during a Ma visit for a cleaning because she was a year overdue. They told us there was no availability so we said we would go elsewhere, and then suddenly there was availability. We went out of our way to get there and were running late since the drive is three hours plus and there was traffic. They tried to cancel our appointment and were super rude about it. They rushed in her and out and said she had cavities and chastised us over it and would not make an apt at that time for her. Now they can\'t get her in and won\'t give me her records easily.
