The clinic resembles a spa. Cushy furniture, coffee, excellent lighting. Then one gets to the desk where a very nice receptionist helps with the paperwork or whatever. After a short wait (very short) one goes back and has an eval. When one gets to the exam chair sun glasses are offered for the glare of the light and i pods offered for relaxation. The x rays were a breeze. All in all, this is the best dental experience I have ever had..
Love love love this office and their dedication to whole body health. They explain all treatments before doing them, are excellent at working with you for payment options, and the doctor and dental assistant really care about you when you are in the chair. I've never found a doctor and team so committed to patient care and excellence. It is obvious that Dr Carroll is dedicated to clinical excellence, as she attends above and beyond the clinical education courses every year, she is always bringing new technologies and techniques into the office to improve and provide state of the art care. I've been very impressed by their office and will continue recommending their office to family and friends. :).
I just wanted to say “Thank You” to the staff of Sunrise Dental. I had an injury and needed to find a local dentist. They were unable to help me with my tooth but tried hard to figure out a way to provide help. April looked online and made a phone call to find me a place that could help. They received no money from me but wanted to help me out. I’d say that’s an excellent example of a caring staff..
