Ok so the wait for Dr Evans is hours long and he was only in room 5 min but I only paid $10 so I expect long lines. I received everything I needed. It's clean and nice. Tv in waiting room to keep you occupied Take a book. Bring a tablet and you'll be fine.

Just moved from florida and trying to register my daughter for school. Went in at 1230 and was told that i had to come back at 2. I let them know i needed an immunization exemption form and that i had JUST MOVED FROM FL. So after sitting in my vehical for an hour and a half i go back in to find out that they charge for an immunization exemption form and that it just went into effect in JULY OF THIS YEAR!! Staff is unhelpful and rude. Desk receptionist barely spoke english let alone understood what i was saying. This place is full of incompetent people who refuse to try and be helpful.
