I went throuigh a horrible experience in attempt to get a comprehensive exam for my 98 year old father at his assisted living residence. This practice should not be advertising that they specialize in servicing senior citizens. It is more like a scam to the elderly!!! I am insulted by her lack of professionalism in cashing our payment in advance, not showing up for the appointment and then not returning calls or emails..
Patient est. was 70% higher when we arrived for surgery than the original amount. I expressed that I had an issue & no one contacted me about the increase. He then yelled at me saying he didn't appreciate me not holding my end of the bargain.Then told a story about how he over charges so that their might be possibility of their being a refund after the insurance paid out.There was no way I was going to allow him to operate on my child . Dr. Lisa is the most gentle dentist I have ever been a patient of and I highly recommend her. She has made going to the dentist a treat. When she made a crown for me in a hard to get spot I never went home with a sore mouth from the procedure. This has not been the case in the past. I find she really listens and is ready to help you keep a fantastic smile..
