5I called to schedule an appointment letting the front desk clerk know I was pregnant, and I needed an extraction. they were booked so I was able to come the next day. When I got there he had failed to relay this information to the doctor or put it in my file. They called my OB and my dr approved the extraction by Dr Grothe. because I expressed my frustration of them telling my I needed to come back AGAIN tomorrow, they told me he didn’t want to see me again and to find a new dentist. I have always sent referrals his way, but if that’s the customer service I get - I will not be so trusting in the future. Also, the front desk clerk who failed to give the information forward - was the dr son. Which is why it was such a problem that I expressed how annoyed I was that the information wasn’t passed down. New dentist in my future, one that has better customer service!
