I taken my brother to see Dr Stinson, he was neither kind or patients with him, I tried to explain he had a bad stroke last year and he was on medication that made him irritable, the Dr refused to listen and would not pull his tooth after he was numb, he stubbed up like a child,and would not listen to a thing that was said,.
This was the first time that I had been to Doctor Walt. From the moment that I walked in the door, Dr. Walt was both professional and friendly. He and his staff made me feel comfortable as they were helpful and thorough with my cleaning. This was the best dental experience I have ever had, and I look forward to returning for future dental work..
I called Dr. Walt's office on 8/31/16 in a lot of pain. They were able to see me and take care of the problem on 9/1/16. I appreciate y'all getting me in so quickly. I have always been extremely nervous when going to the dentist. I actually have panic attacks when the needles come towards my mouth, and require nitrous oxide to make it through. Dr. Walt was extremely understanding and accommodating. His staff were professional and so nice to me. I'll be going back to Dr. Walt for all my dental needs. Thank you so much for helping me today.
