3I have been going here since I was a child because it was convenient. I recently had to switch to a limited insurance plan and luckily they still took it. I will agree I do not like the facility but Dr. Liho is VERY nice and always willing to help. Over the recent years I have been increasingly having problems with the office staff. They have been very bad at taking messages, getting insurance right, and are often unwilling to arrange timely help for problems. Today I found out a referral expired for an appointment I already drove to and they refused to fax over a new referral and hung up on me. I will be looking for a new practice.
