If I could I would give negative stars. Had an appointment for a cleaning today. Had mentioned discomfort and sensitivity in one location of my mouth. Said to Lori the hygienist if you decide to clean my teeth today you might want to really numb that area. After crying in pain while in the chair being told it's just pressure - left and went to another Dentist office, who took me right away, I now have pain meds and an appointment for a root canal Friday (for my pressure) Thanks Lori.
