8Some details on our bad experience: Don\'t trust whatever the front desk manager and the dentist tell you on the cost estimate, because they will give you some misleading on your payment portion. First, they will say insurance covers most of it, then after treatment, they would let you pay in FULL(100% of the bill). That\'s a huge difference -- adjustment or pay 100%, it\'s not called an estimate, it\'s called assault! That\'s what happened to us. If your child goes there for teeth cleaning and treatment, please call your insurance company by yourself to verify everything they will do BEFORE your treatment, don\'t trust the front desk manager, she will NOT check with your insurance company. You are the one who sign and pay, she only asks for checks, not caring about clients! We ended up with paying 100% of the bill out of pocket! We have dental insurance and I don\'t know what happened between the dentist and insurance company\'s relationship. We just want to get rid of them, and move on.

5I’ve been coming to this Coast Dental for years and I came into the office today, to get my crown put back on. Ms. Shannon did a wonderful job. Very professional and pleasant. Hope to see her again when I come back in! Also, the front desk staff were really nice and accommodating with getting me seen as soon as possible. Thank you!
