My dentist that I had for years retired so I was looking for a new dental team. I am so happy that I choose Santa Teresa Dental. Everyone in the office is so helpful and their personalities are a delight. Dr. Ann Lien did a general checkup when I first came. She is warm and caring while being professional. There is no doubt that is why she is such a big hit with children. Since my initial visit Dr. Andrew Huang has taken care of any dental problems that have cropped up. I'm a nervous patient but I trust Dr. Huang and his dental assistant Luis implicitly. They always make sure I'm comfortable and they tell me what they are doing and why. Luis Is usually the first person I see. His personality is calming and reassuring. He talks about the procedure while he gets things set up so there are no surprises. That is so important to a nervous patient. For general teeth cleaning I see Becky . She is an expert with nervous people. A, friendly manner with a wealth of information about maintaining a healthy smile! The office personnel, Teresa and Sarah, are the best! Very caring and efficient. They are great to follow up with any questions I may have and they always call you back when they say they will. I've not met many of the others yet, but I have found that the whole office works as a team with patient care their priority while maintaining a very pleasant atmosphere. It's easy to tell they all enjoy their work, their patients and their co-workers . I've finally found a dental practice where I can actually relax, cross my feet, and feel confident that the procedure will be excellently done. The short of it: 1. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere - no more death grip on the arms of the chair! 2. Excellent dental work using the latest procedures. Exam areas as well as the equipment used are pristine. 3 Both Dr. Huang and Dr. Lien put the emphasis on what is best for the patient. Dr. Huang is very conservative making sure everything goes well. 4. Friendly and professional office staff! They always return calls and make sure you have everything you need before leaving. 5. Dental costs competitive and are always transparent with any more complicated procedures and their costs being explained in depth. 6. The lines of communication are always open - on call people are available if you have a problem. 7. Offer choice of music and movies, massaging chairs, We are fortunate to have them in the community!!
