5I have been seeing Dr Tennison over the past 12 years. At first I liked him and his office because it was non thrills, no BS straight forward dentistry. Not pushing cosmetic or non needed procedures. But the past couple of years, I have notice a decline in customer service especially when it comes to Billing and the person involved with the Billing. There was an issue two years ago dealing with a root canal and I felt like the accountant/billing person wasn\'t looking out for me as a patient, more worried about being caught with a billing mistake. Then today, I went into the office to get a teeth cleaning. I was greeted ... Mr **** I would like you to know our teeth cleaning charges went up. I said, that\'s ok, I have insurance that covers that 100% That person then said, I am sorry but for the first time with this new price we require you to pay up front. I said, a phone call would have been nice, so I wouldn\'t have been surprised! Needless to say it went down hill from there!
