Philip Cabrera was condescending, denigrating and had zero care or concern for my overall well-being. Despite a heart rate in the 190\'s during the procedure, he treated me callously with a \"suck it up\" attitude. He repeatedly cold-tested my teeth well in excess of any diagnostic clinical indication. My hands were shaking to the point I was barely able to sign my consents, something clearly visible. When asked about pain management and anti-biotics post-procedure he said \"pregnant women get root canals all the time and they don\'t get anything.\" Here I am two days later with a now abscessed tooth and facial cellulitis that requires serious antibiotics. They charged my credit card fraudulently on top of that despite texts and voicemails indicating the payment arrangement we agreed to.
